Talentspothub Additional Services - Terms and Conditions

1. General Agreement: These terms and conditions apply to all additional services provided by Talentspothub. By purchasing our services, the client agrees to abide by these terms.

2. Payment Terms: Full payment for additional services is required in advance before the commencement of any work. The fees for each additional service are stated at the checkout page. Upon receipt of payment, we will contact the client within 24 hours from the time the payment was received.

3. Service Delivery: All additional services are provided remotely and delivered to the client's email address provided during payment. The mode of delivery may vary according to the service.

4. Revisions: Our additional services include a specific number of revisions as per the package selected, excluding the first version. Any request for extra revisions beyond the stipulated number will be subject to an additional fee.

5. Refund Policy: Talentspothub operates on a no-refund policy once services have been provided.

6. Confidentiality: All client information and data shared with Talentspothub will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

7. Liability: Talentspothub is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the content provided by the client or for the outcomes of job applications, interviews, or career advancements.

8. Copyright: Upon full payment, the copyright for all written materials produced by Talentspothub is transferred to the client. However, Talentspothub retains the right to use anonymized extracts for promotional purposes.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Talentspothub reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The client agrees to abide by the most recent version of this agreement available on the Talentspothub website.
